• Free delivery? What’s the catch?
  Sundays provides complimentary delivery on all items, regardless of size or price, across the continental US and to all Canadian provinces. For larger items, including sofas, beds and dining tables, we also provide free in-home assembly and removal of packaging. There is no catch—we feel that delivery and set up should be as efficient as possible. If you would like to ship your order to Hawaii, Alaska or the Canadian Territories, please reach out to our Customer Care team to support processing your order. Note, an incremental shipping fee will apply.
• How do returns work?
  We hope you enjoy our products as much as we do! If something doesn't work for you, we will make it right. Returns for refund or exchange will be accepted within 30 days of delivery in original condition.
• Are your fabrics really stain resistant?
  Yes, our fabrics really are stain resistant! Many of our sofas are made with our signature LiveLife™ performance fabrics, which are moisture repellent, stain resistant, and washable. It’s also non-toxic—we use a PFAS-free stain repellent treatment that provides great protection and durability. Water-based liquids will quite literally bead off, and you can easily clean them up with a paper towel. For tougher stains, you can use mild soap and water or remove your slipcovers to wash them. We recommend dry cleaning or machine washing them on a cold, gentle cycle.
• What kind of wood do you use in your tables?
  Our tables are made from solid hardwoods, chosen for their natural beauty, strength, and longevity. Depending on the design and finish, we primarily use oak and walnut, with ash featured in select pieces and teak in our outdoor assortment. Each wood is selected for its distinctive grain, durability, and fit for the design — built to stand the test of time, both in quality and style.
• Do you offer commercial grade products?
  Yes, a number of our pieces are commercial grade—which means they are tested for use in commercial settings. You can see the assortment here.
• Can I pay for my order in instalments?
  Yes, we have partnered with Affirm, allowing you to split your purchase into regular payments—buy now, pay later. We offer monthly instalment payments, for orders from $200 to $15,000. For more info on how it works, see the Affirm FAQ.
